Lovely historic hotel with a lot of character. Staff was helpful and valets were sweethearts. Will go back for cocktails...which coupled with the atmosphere were excellent
We went into The Cooks...their onsite restaurant and the hostess was a real jerk. Not sure if she was irritated or what but we ended up cancelling dinner reservations after my husband and I spoke about it after. Too bad because Sunday brunch was superb

Booked a room with amazing views of the mountains. The setting of hotel was stunning and great, to the Scottsdale area. It was also just next door to cabana and the mountains.

Clean room, comfortable atmosphere, with a unique King Room that came with an upgrade and complimentary champagne upon arrival. The convenient 15 km distance from the airport made it easy for us to get around.

ideal base for city strolls and beautiful parks
The garden and pool area was fantastic, and the close proximity to the beautiful Paiute Park just over 3 km away allowed for lovely outdoor walks and leisurely afternoons. The spa suite with terrace offered some nice views to enjoy as a solo traveler, though the room could have used additional furnishings for better comfort.

The culinary scene at Royal Palms is a serious boss move! T.Cook's serves up dinner that dances on your taste buds-think gourmet vibes and local flair. Plus, breakfast was a total game-changer. The two-egg plate with bacon had me drooling! The staff was super friendly, especially Wes at check-in.
Now, about that fire place-it was a struggle to turn it off completely, and with Phoenix temps soaring, it was like we were fighting an uphill battle with the AC. Oh, and parking? Not shaded. Cars were sizzling hotter than a barbecue in July!
